PropGod Commercial Seeker App provides the right search and discover advisory for Commercial property requirements in Bangalore, India. After installation, one could either login using mobile/email and register, or could just surf for properties without logging in. There are 4 tabs, 1) In the first tab one could see all the available properties, based on the parameters set in the Filter tab. There are 2 possible actions one can take, either like the property or reject it. 2) All liked properties are shown in the "Liked" tab and then are available to see for more details and book site visits. 3) Once a property is booked for site visit, the time and date has to be filled in and the information is passed on the the relevant people who will facilitate the visit. These schedules are shown in the Site Visit Tab. Once the site visits are done there is work flow for negotiations as well. 4) Once the negotiations are done, the transactions can be carried out and money exchanged as decided. The App shows a number of details on the property which includes Carpet Area, Built up Area, Furniture details and m over 100 more fields.
